Dicksonia Antarctica

Thick, fibrous trunk topped with deeply cut fronds up to 7ft in length. Very slow growing at about 1-2 cm per year, but looks great in any style of garden.

Details:

Prefers shade.

Spray trunk daily in hot weather.

Feed crown once every 6 weeks or so in spring/summer with a 1/3rd strength liquid feed. This will result in 2-3 times the amount of fronds produced over the growing season.

Protect the crown from frost.
